Does my main electrical panel need to be replaced?

If so, why? If a panel is undersized, in an improper location, or is an illegal brand. Federal Pacific, Zinsco, and Sylvania all need to be replaced; they are no longer UL listed.

What to do if I have an outlet that caught on fire?

Call an electrician out and have them service the outlet. Also, have them inspect the circuit and other parts of the house to make sure damage has not spread. In addition, look at the electrical system to prevent this in the future.

My home has aluminum wiring. How can I get this corrected?

Install aluminum safe connectors, and replace outlets, switches, and lights. Service or replace the electrical panel.

When do I need to replace my smoke alarms?

Recommended every 10 years. At that time, it’s important to confirm that detectors are in proper locations and that there is proper carbon monoxide protection.

Do I need to supply my own parts?

We supply all the parts, except light fixtures and ceiling fans. This makes it easier to warranty and ensures quality parts.

Yes, it is required by code. Also protects the house from surges and electrical spikes.
